Ms. Ringer has taught for thirty years. She has been a leadership advisor and consultant for over 18 years. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Cal Poly Pomona and a Master of Arts degree from Azusa Pacific University. She has worked with students on their leadership skills across the state and internationally presenting at workshops and conferences. She has created the Ringer Leadership Institute to provide more students with a chance to develop into the "Dare to Care" leaders of tomorrow. Owner and Director of the "Dare to Care" Middle School Leadership Day Camps.
Ms. Ringer lives in Laguna Niguel, California and teaches at Parks Junior High in Fullerton.
